My name is Cookie and I hope no one ever finds out what it is like to one day have a family and the next you are in a shelter because you family could not afford to take care of you. That happened to me and I have to tell you, I was confused and scared especially when they walked away and left me. That is all over and now that I am in rescue I am feeling much better and feeling safe again. I would say I am a pretty low key girl, I do know some basic obedience and what I don’t know I can learn pretty quick. I would love a new home where I can just hang out with my people. If there are children in my new family, it is recommended they are over the age of 8.
